This website is operated by BK Earthmoving LLC. These terms apply to use of the website and purchases from BK Earthmoving. Read them together with the linked policies below before ordering. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Online store terms
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate information. Use the website and equipment only for lawful purposes and follow the applicable operating and safety instructions.
2. General conditions
We may restrict misuse of the website or refuse an order where there is a lawful reason, such as suspected fraud, an inability to fulfill the order, or an error requiring correction. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded.
3. Product information
Review the exact model, configuration, specifications, and included equipment before ordering. Images and converted measurements help describe the product; an accessory is included only when the listing states it is. Display samples marked as not for sale cannot be purchased.
4. Prices and changes
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change for future orders. Review the checkout total and any applicable tax or separately agreed service charge before purchase. Later price changes do not change the price of an accepted order.
5. Products and availability
Availability is shown on the product listing and may be limited. Delivery arrangements follow the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow the Return and Refund Policy. BK Earthmoving offers a one-year warranty; see Warranty Support for the stated period and request process.
6. Billing and account information
Keep your account, billing, delivery, and contact details accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your login details. Payment timing is explained in our Payment Policy.
7. Optional tools
Optional third-party services may have separate terms. Use them only after reviewing the provider’s applicable information.
8. Third-party links
External links may direct you to manufacturer, carrier, map, or other websites operated separately from BK Earthmoving. Their content and services are governed by their own terms.
9. Comments and submissions
Submit only content you have the right to provide. Do not send unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material. We may use feedback to improve our service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may suspend access for misuse or a material breach of these terms. Suspension does not remove rights associated with an existing paid order or a refund owed.

These terms and the Shipping, Returns, Payment, and Privacy policies describe the applicable store arrangements. An individually agreed written order term applies to that order where lawful.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Mississippi, without excluding protections that apply to a customer under mandatory law.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove commitments made for an existing order.
